Kodolanyi Janos University (KJU) is a state accredited non-profit university offering, academic programs in the fields of tourism & hospitality, business management, mass media & communication, social sciences, history, cultural and language studies.
Besides the academic programs KJU also offers a wide range of post-secondary, LLP courses for trainers and trainees as well as international semesters, summer courses, study tours, and internship programs.
In Hungary, KJU has pioneered the development of e-based training at all levels conforming to EU standards supported with specialist applied research. All programmes capitalize on the professional knowledge of qualified faculty and professional trainers as well as guest lecturers from the industry and international partners.

As Kodolanyi Janos University (KJU) does not have its own dormitory, students should find accommodation themselves conform to their needs, preferences and budget.
Since securing an apartment can be somewhat difficult sometimes – especially if you require documents in order to obtain a visa – KJU has verified the accommodation provided by ASTORIA Management KFT.
student hostels offered Astroria has rooms for 2 – 6 students (depending on the room-size). All hostels are in the centre of Budapest, with superb access to public transportation and the University. Facilities include wardrobe, bed and table for each student. Common areas include kitchen, eating areas and washrooms.
There are wi-fi internet, washing machine and cleaning tools in each accommodation. Cleaning of common areas minimum once a week is included in the price. Bed sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for €20 / person.
Price: €300 security deposit and €600 for 3 months (€200/month) – to be paid in one lump sum. Rental fee includes all utilities and internet.
