Admission Process – How to Get Admitted

1. Decide to study abroad – visit educraftconsult.com.ng

2. Check the list of universities and countries around the world.

3. Review their degree programs, requirements, tuition fees & other costs, accommodation, visa process, enrollment fees, etc

4. From your discovery in step 3, decide on a school.

5. Fill and submit the online application form.

6. Send an email to the email address provided at the end of the form to confirm your application.

7. One of Educraft Consult admission counselors will contact you through email or whatsapp to confirm your university and degree program choices
8. Your application gets processed and you quickly get your admission or invitation letter.

9. With your documents, quickly and easily process your student visa.

10. Travel and arrive on campus to begin your study abroad journey.

Language of Teaching

Majority of the courses are taught in good English. Some courses taught only in Azerbaijani are marked on the degree programs or tuition fees tabs. Languages on the street are mainly English and Azerbaijani.

Application / Enrollment Fees

This university has NO application/enrollment fee.

This university has a per-year registration fee of USD $250.

Undergraduate

Application indicating the chosen specialty, teaching language and level of education.

Scanned Copy of your International Travel Passport

Personal photo (face only) – 6 photos (3×4)

Health certificate

Scanned Copies of properly legalized high school documents on previous education (transcript and diploma/certificate), as well as notarized copy/copies translated into Azerbaijani

Copies of honorary awards, certificates, diplomas and other such documents (if available).

Certificate of teaching language exam (if available); For English, if the students don’t have any English exam results like TOEFL (optional), they can take the university’s English proficiency exam (testing if you can communicate in basic English) after they complete their registration on campus.

Postgraduates

Application indicating the chosen specialty, teaching language and level of education.

Health certificate

For Masters – Scanned Copies of properly legalized bachelor’s degree documents on previous education (transcript and diploma/certificate), as well as notarized copy/copies translated into Azerbaijani

For Doctorate (Ph.D.) – Scanned Copies of properly legalized master’s degree documents on previous education (transcript and diploma/certificate), as well as notarized copy/copies translated into Azerbaijani

Copies of honorary awards, certificates, diplomas and other such documents (if available).

Certificate of teaching language exam if available (optional for masters, required for Ph.D.)

CV

Supplementary documents which may be required the relevant graduate school

Foundation/Preparatory School / Course / Program

Applicants who don’t have English proficiency results are given a simple (street conversation level) English test. Those who fail are given English course for one or two semesters before they start the main courses. Also, applicants who have deficiency course (not enough of the prerequisite courses) are also giving such courses before they start their main program.
